Emerging economies pose special challenges for managers aiming to enter attractive new markets, or to exploit new opportunities of world-wide division of labour. The program is designed to familiarize students with international management with a special emphasis on management and business principles in transition economies and emerging markets. One of the main objectives is the practical application of the knowledge acquired with the discussion of industry and company case studies in the context of emerging markets. The modules delivered in the specialization semester cover such topics as the social and economic reforms and their consequences, macroeconomic and microeconomic issues in developing countries, the key role of FDI and other forms of investments into emerging economies, management styles adopted, the peculiarities of specific industries in emerging economies.
Admissions
International students, applying for the 1st term should send to IBS by 20th of July at the latest the following documents:

- Copy of your bachelor degree certificate, notorized (with an apostile where applicable), complete with transcript of academic records.
- Curriculum Vitae
- Proof of your proficiency in English (TOEFL, IELTS)
- 2 passport size photos (b/w or color)
- Passport copy (1st page)
International students, coming from partner IBSA universities for the 2nd term should send to IBS by 20th of December at the latest the following documents:
- Application form
- Copy of your bachelor degree certificate, notorized (with an apostile where applicable), complete with transcript of academic records.
