Module Aims
The module aims
- To provide the students with the management context in companies of transition economies.
- To consider peculiarities of and correlation between macro, micro and meso - factors of business environment in transition economies.
- To present organizations and its separate parts and management objects? Describe their main features and peculiarities, define ways of mobilizing organizational resources.
- To consider processes and methods that help in making management decisions in achieving objectives and goals , to demonstrate the capabilities of modern technology in management decision-making.
- To describe management functions – peculiarities and content.
- To teach students to set goals and define the system of objectives that an organiztion should achieve during strategy development and implementation.
- To teach students to choose the management structure depending on a company's business-processes and business environment
- To familiarize students with organizational change and its correlation with corporate culture and values.
- Consider and analyse the typical mistakes in management and organizational mistakes that hinder a company's development in transitional economies.
